Minnesota updates cannabis regulations

Minnesota has taken a historic step in becoming the 23rd state in the nation to legalize cannabis. The new cannabis regulations mark a significant change in the state’s approach to cannabis, impacting consumers, businesses, and the legal landscape.

The state recently announced changes to the framework for the licensing and regulation of cannabis businesses, originally passed during the 2023 legislative session. These revisions clarify regulations for dispensaries, cultivation facilities, and processing plants and aim to ensure that businesses operate safely, ethically, and in compliance with state laws.

St. Croix Sensory is poised to meet the needs of this growing industry with the release of a specifically formulated cannabis cartridge for the Nasal Ranger in July 2024.
